A 26-year-old Peruvian national, who was a fugitive with a criminal record, was arrested during a control operation in Puente Alsina. Police sources informed the Argentine News Agency that the suspect was riding a Rouser NS250 motorcycle when officers from the City Police's Access Patrol requested him to stop. The officers asked him to present his documents and verified that he had an active arrest warrant issued by the National Criminal and Correctional Court No. 53, at the same time discovering that he had an extensive criminal record. The foreigner has a record for carjacking (2023), attempted robbery (2021), aggravated robbery by a gang (2019), and several drug possession cases between 2020 and 2021.
